Bachelors in Human Resource Management

The School of Government recruit students into two comprehensive types, namely human resource management, management and engineering. In their second year, major division will be decided by bilateral choice based on students interest and professional need. Human resource management divides into Public Administration major and Human Resource Management major.Human Resource Management aims at cultivating advanced specialized talents with profound fundamental knowledge and analytical methods of psychology, economy and management, proficiency of theory and technology of human resource management, and ability of designing, operating, and implementing different function modules of human resource management independently.
