MS Positive Organization Development and Change

The Master of Science in Positive Organization Development and Change (MPOD) is a unique program created and offered by the world-renowned Organizational Behavior Department at the Weatherhead School of Management. The curriculum attempts to remain on the cutting edge of change management, leadership development, organizational transformation, organizational behavior and societal benefit. Toward this end, the MPOD program emphasizes strength-based and positive approaches to managing change, designing sustainable institutions, formulating effective strategy, creating high engagement work cultures, leading through emotional intelligence, coaching for high performance, and deep personal and professional development.
