The Bachelor of Management with a major in Human Resources Management and Labour Relations is accredited by the Chartered Professional In Human Resources (CPHR). That means a student of this major can waive the CPHR National Knowledge Exam, a requirement for individual CPHR designation. You also only require three years of professional human resources experience to receive the full CPHR designation, whereas those who do not graduate with a degree from an accredited institution require eight years of experience.
