The UK Food and Drink sector is under increasing pressure from health organisations and policy makers to help improve the nation s diet and health, and tackle global issues such as climate change and food insecurity. Responses to future food challenges will include fiscal measures, regulation of marketing, health promotion, reformulation and the development of new products to promote healthier choices.
