Masters degree in economics

This Masters Program in Economics aims to provide research training oriented primarily on economic policy issues. The program emphasizes as much the knowledge of existing economic theories and contemporary debates as the concrete application of this knowledge to certain particular fields. Although the general Masters program does not provide for any formal concentration, the student may, depending on the choice of course, focus on the following areas of interest: public economics, work and distribution, stabilization and growth, development and international economics, history of economic thinking.
