Since 2010, Fudan Law School has launched the LL.M. Program in Chinese Business Law instructed in English for foreign lawyers, executives, students, and professional engaging in international trade and/or interested in Chinese business and finical law. It is designed to take advantage of Shanghai's position as a center of business and finance, including major courses in commercial law and financial law among others. Through the two-year study and research, students can develop a comprehensive understanding of Chinese business and financial legal system so that they can be independently engaged in the financial or legal practice and theory study.
