BFA Arts in Integrated Media Arts

Integrated Media Arts (IMA) is a cross-disciplinary major that reflects the engagement of new imaging technologies in contemporary art with a study of their cultural impact. It focuses on artistic practice that is driven by ideas, supported by a versatile skill set, and is grounded in digital technologies. With an openness to integrating traditional arts and older technologies with new media, the IMA program is designed to meet the needs of the art student of the 21st century.
