BA Honours Music

The course combines the study of music with the opportunity to join ensembles and play in regular performances, attend workshops and masterclasses by visiting renowned composers, performers, musicologists and specialists in music education and wellbeing. You will learn how to think critically about music what it is, how it is composed, how it is performed, how it is studied, and how it is used to improve people s lives. The Single Honours BA Music is designed for students who wish to study music in depth, without necessarily undertaking a significant amount of practical study in performance.
