PianoBachelor of Music

If your primary interest is to perform and teach piano, then this major is for you. It includes courses specific to piano and voice in literature and pedagogy, and provides a broad-based musical education with advanced studies in music theory and music history. Four years of ensembles (choral/instrumental and chamber) are required. This major is taken as part of a Bachelor of Music degree a program rooted in a tradition of excellence in performance and scholarship that provides you with the fundamentals of musical education as well as exposure to collaborative and cutting-edge approaches.
