As a Music Education major, you will develop your own musicianship while learning how to teach others to enjoy and appreciate music.Be the consummate musician and teach by sharing your knowledge and musicianship with aspiring musicians, through the dynamic and challenging student/teacher experience.Become a better musician by learning to play and teach multiple instruments. Learn to sing a wide variety of vocal repertoires in order to teach your choirs how to sing.Learn from your peers and assume leadership roles with TCU s wide variety of music ensembles.Gain practical knowledge through field observations, pre-student teaching experiences, and student-teaching.
