The ultimate goal of the Institute: to establish perspectives and methods of musicology research to highlight Asia's contribution to global music exchange. The development direction of the Institute: 1) integrate the branch of musicology; 2) develop interdisciplinary research directions; 3) promote transnational teaching and research.
