Master in Food Science

The first seed for the creation of postgraduate courses linked to the UFBA Faculty of Pharmacy with the creation of the specialization in Food Safety and Inspection. The proposal was developed by the research group in Food Science and Technology of the Bromatological Analysis Department of the Faculty of Pharmacy.
