MEng Civil Engineering with Industrial Experience

Recognising the benefits of this approach, the School offers you the opportunity to work in industry for a year, after completing the first two or three years of the Civil Engineering course. This is a structured placement in the civil engineering profession. MEng Civil Engineering with Industrial Experience provides you with a basic preparation for professional careers in the built environment sector (including design, construction, local authority and specialist work), as well as in other areas such as project management and finance.
