The Master's in Human Resources Management aims to train professionals through technical and management specialization in areas related to the management of human capital in its many facets: the management of people in public and private organizations; the design, implementation and evaluation of people management practices; the analysis of human capital management policies; and the formulation and implementation of industrial or labor relations management initiatives.
