Watershed Systems and Their Influence on Water Movement and Quality

Water that falls on the earth embarks on a journey that imparts on it the qualities of the land forms with which it interacts. It is both influenced and influences the watercourses through which it travels. In keeping with this, the role of water in shaping and molding watercourses will be discussed.
