The PH.D. in Education aims to build on and deeply develop essential competencies in the field of research and/or scientific production in the multiple contexts and different fields of Psychology. Having as main references Decree-Law no. 74/2006 24th March, the Dublin Descriptors guideline document and the ten principles of the European Knowledge Society Association (Salzburg, February 2005), it is the aim of this course to create ideal conditions to fulfil the following objectives: 1) Stimulate the capacity to critically and comprehensively analyse in Education; 2) Defining, planning and undertaking quality research projects and disseminating the results; 3) build a tight relation with community; 4) promote autonomy in scientific research
