DOCTORAL DEGREE IN NURSING SCIENCE

The doctoral program in nursing science is intended to contribute to the development of nursing science and the training of young scientists in the field of nursing science through independent research.

Through a comprehensive, in-depth training, the students of this degree are able to formulate independent research projects based on current questions in nursing science, to plan and carry them out independently and to expand the knowledge of their specialist area through the knowledge gained.

You will be able to critically analyze, evaluate and further develop current scientific theories and new concepts in nursing science. They are junior staff in nursing science who can contribute to the development of nursing science in both university and non-university fields of activity.

The doctoral program is offered in cooperation with Charité Berlin and Maastricht University.
