The school welcomes company employees, chemical technicians up to a limit of 3 per promotion to train them in the profession of chemical engineer. The conditions are to have at the start a BTS or DUT level as well as a professional experience of at least three years.
Recruitment is made on file accompanied by letters of recommendation from the hierarchical superior and the director of human resources. The candidate passes an oral interview with a recruitment jury which examines his motivation and level in each discipline. If the application is accepted, a training agreement is offered to the employer as part of continuing training.
The course lasts three years as for the students of the initial training. Learners benefit from a course arranged with personalized tutoring, especially during the first two years. The first year course aims in particular to increase the candidate's theoretical knowledge and to standardize his skills in all areas of chemistry. The course of the following two years aims, as for the initial training, to provide him with technical skills in his specialty with know-how in project management and team management.
The learners have the same options and course possibilities as the pupils of the initial path. They get the same diploma. They are not obliged to make a stay abroad even if it remains strongly recommended.
