TRIBOLOGY OF SURFACES AND CONTACTS

The TRIBOS program is fundamentally international, and the mobility of students and teachers is a basic feature of this program. Students start their studies in England (UnivLeeds), spend the second semester in Slovenia at UL. In the first year, students can do an internship in one of the supporting partners or to a company or institution where they arrange their internship. In the second year of study, students decide whether they want to continue their studies with an emphasis on lubrication or with an emphasis on surfaces. Depending on the choice, students go to the partner university LTU or UC in their second year. The third semester brings 30 ECTS. The fourth semester is dedicated to project work and writing a master's thesis related to the field of choice (30 ECTS).
