BS in Psychology

It is a broad discipline with many areas of specialization. Majors are exposed to several fascinating areas of study, including behavioral, biological, clinical, cognitive, and developmental and social psychology. Students may study topics such as parenting; obesity and physical activity; social and emotional development in infants, toddlers, and preschoolers; smoking, alcohol and drug use; sustainability; the use of unreliable expert testimony in courts and beliefs about memory and how this affects jury deliberation.
