The School of Computing Science and the Department of Geography offer a major leading to a bachelor of science degree. Geographers focus on the earth s surface as the space inhabited and endlessly transformed by humankind. They also bridge the physical and social sciences to study the relationship between human societies and their biophysical environment. Focus on society and environment, or on resources, economies and environment. The Geography curriculum stresses the integrative nature of the discipline as well as the development of skills in geographical information analysis.
