BS in Criminal Justice in Legal Studies

As a student in this program, you will develop skills in report writing, finger-printing, and crime scene documentation. You will gain well-rounded knowledge in the areas of law enforcement, forensic science, corporate security, criminal investigation, and corrections, including probation, parole, and imprisonment. Students in this concentration will gain an understanding of the fundamental principles of law through and analysis of the role and function of the American legal system. Graduates will have the knowledge needed to pursue careers in areas like court reporting or paralegal or, potentially, apply to law school.
