Bachelor of Criminology

The Bachelor of Criminology will provide you with a multidisciplinary education that will allow you the opportunity to gain knowledge in a variety of disciplines relevant to criminology. Criminology is the study of crime and the criminal justice system and, with the ever-increasing reach of regulatory systems, there is an increasing focus on regulation and compliance in the justice sector more generally. Criminologists serve an important role in providing objective research and advice at all levels of policy-making from an evaluation of extensive government crime control initiatives through to proposals for local community anti-violence programs.
