Born in the 18th century and consolidated in the 19th century, Anthropology is a discipline within the Social Sciences that studies the variability of human cultures and that currently has a strong presence in the most important universities in North America, Latin America and Europe. The Anthropology Social and Cultural trains specialists in various fields; intercultural relations and cultural diversity that include sociocultural mediation, ethnological heritage, territorial development and international cooperation, cultural promotion and management, teaching and basic research, and applied research, advice and intervention in different fields (educational, social and health).
