BA Hons Youth Work Communities and Practical Theology

This degree aims to equip you inspired by your faith, to build relationships with young people from all backgrounds and to demonstrate to them the values of the Kingdom of God. The course also equips you to work with young people and community groups in the statutory and wider youth and community work sector as it includes the professional JNC youthwork qualification. Combining interactive and creative teaching days with practical application in youth work and ministry settings, the course is designed to support the development of your knowledge, skills and abilities to engage with young people in churches, community and statutory settings both professionally and imaginatively. You are based on a practice agency and travel for teaching to Nottingham and Belfast.
