Property is a dynamic, multi-faceted asset and, with in excess of 50% of the global population now living in cities, the ownership and management of urban real estate is an ever growing business. This course provides both the technical knowledge and the practical skills to apply such knowledge in a constantly evolving market place, and to gain membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Through the integration of live projects and multidisciplinary teams students gain a valuable insight to the market making them eminently employable.
