Bachelor of Science Molecular and Cell Biology

Molecular Biologists use protein and nucleic acid biochemistry to study the basis of health and disease at a molecular level. Cell Biologists use these tools, together with equipment that can analyse function (division, death, responsiveness, production and motility) at the level of the whole cell. Together, they study the structures and processes that form the foundation for all living matter, including viruses, bacteria, yeast, fungi, plants and animals.
