BSc Food Engineering

The field that integrates this study programme is Food Engineering. The length of study is 4 years. Students acquire a wide range of competencies: Identifying, describing and using notions specific to the field of food science and food safety. Managing engineering processes, operating food processing equipment; Monitoring, managing, analysing, and designing food technologies; Designing food, implementing and managing projects; Managing manufacturing processes, carrying out food quality control and marketing processes.
