BSc Hons in Applied Food and Nutritional Sciences

The programme has been designed to offer a comprehensive range of disciplines in the scientific, technological and health areas that match the competencies needed to manage issues in food and nutritional sciences, and their spin-offs, which include food strategy policy and planning. The skills acquired will enable the graduates to orientate themselves towards food as well as health oriented careers.
