BSc Food Chemistry

The bachelor's program in Food Chemistry is devoted to the development of strategies that meet the increasing need for healthy food and food security. The program also combines knowledge of the natural sciences with the life sciences. Bachelor's program in Food Chemistry provides a sound vocational education and training in the fundamentals of inorganic and organic chemistry, biochemistry, and analytical chemistry.
