Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences in Education

The central purpose of the program is to prepare graduates who can successfully assume the positions of family and consumer sciences educators in middle and secondary schools. The graduate will have a broad family and consumer sciences knowledge base as well as the ability to teach others how to use this information to improve personal and family life.
