BS Mathematics

The Department of Mathematics offers three degree options a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Education. Through your study in one of our programs, you will learn the fundamentals of mathematics and see the ways in which math ties into and informs other disciplines, such as computer science, physics, chemistry, biology, economics, business, finance and engineering. Moreover, you will master the art of critical thinking, which can serve as a springboard for the successful study of medicine or law.
