BSc Biology

Biology is the natural science that studies living organisms and their structure, function, growth, origin, evolution and distribution. Students who study biology at Augusta University learn the fundamentals of the discipline through lectures in a classroom and hands-on experience in our labs. They also receive specialized training by participating in basic and applied research in areas such as ecology, genetics, microbiology, plant physiology, aquatic biology, and cell and molecular biology.
