PreProfessional Certificate in Physical Therapy

The course requirements for PT programs include a number of courses in biology, physics and psychology, so students often major in those areas. However, a student may choose any major field of study as long as the courses required are completed. PT schools also look for applicants who have excellent written and oral communication skills which students gain when they attend Monmouth College. The liberal arts preparation enhances communication skills, writing skills, leadership, and the ability to critically analyze information.
