BS Nutrition Science

The Nutrition Science majors is offered by the School of Nursing in conjunction with the School of Arts and Sciences and is available to students in the College of Arts and Sciences or in Nursing as a second major. It includes research opportunities, instruction on the implementation of nutrition programs, the design of food safety interventions and the development of supportive public health policy.
