Bachelors in Health Assistance

The health assistant is involved in the analysis of health needs and of biological and social risk factors. Their activity is aimed at the individual, the family, and the community. They are involved in preventive, educational, and recovery interventions. The health assistant works in the field of public medicine and collaborates in the organisation and operation of State health and social services. Their work takes place inside and outside health care structures through the use of operational tools such as: interviews, home visits, surveys, and individual and group health education.
