BA German Studies

The six-semester course in German Studies as part of a degree provides students with a good knowledge and working methods in the fields of German language and German literature. The course is designed to make language and literature comprehensible in their historical, sociocultural and regional context and in terms of development and differentiation. Students are also encouraged to think about the conditions of modern communication and media. All elements of the course are designed not only for students to acquire knowledge and develop skills, but also to enhance students' communication and social skills.
