BS Land Surveying

Students who want to earn a bachelors degree in land surveying and mapping sciences often come to the program through twoyear training programs or to update their knowledge and practices to be able to take leadership positions Through coursework and fieldwork,youll hone your skills in mathematics,cartography and the use of Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS); use the latest survey instruments; and study boundary law changes and new site development techniques Laboratories and fieldwork will provide opportunities to practice in the evolving field of geomatics,or the art and science of determining the measurable points on,above or under the Earths surface
