HND Mechanical Engineering

The Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering is offered as an 18 month part-time day-release programme. The part time course is structured to enable students to fit coursework around their work commitments. To enrol on the HND you must have completed a relevant Higher National Certificate (HNC). HND in Mechanical Engineering is designed to enable progression from HNC Engineering providing a nationally recognised award at level 5 for mechanical technicians who are employed at a professional level.
