BA Honours Primary Education

The BA (Hons) Primary Education will enable you to become a generalist primary classroom teacher, supporting you in reaching the National Standards to be a Qualified Teacher (QTS). During the course you will gain a strong understanding of children s learning and development, alongside experience of teaching the curriculum. You ll be taught by experienced tutors and gain insight from expert guest lecturers. Your specific age phase (3-7 or 5-11) will be determined by your assessed school placements and you will be asked to specify your preference before starting the programme.
