Massey leads New Zealand in computer science education and is the only university in New Zealand to offer both data science and information technology majors in an undergraduate programme. We are also one of the few where your information sciences qualification covers all three disciplines of computer science, information technology and software engineering. These majors are not isolated and you can choose to have more or less of these three areas as part of your study, depending on your area of interest or career ambitions
