BBA in Real Estate

A Real Estate degree gives students the foundation needed to make a lucrative living managing and investing in property-related transactions. This major is designed to provide an educational foundation for students interested in learning about real estate and real estate markets and/or pursuing careers in real estate. Students in the program will develop the ability to analyse real estate investment opportunities from investor and lender perspectives, conduct asset and risk assessments and implement risk management strategies, understand the dynamics of real estate markets, and understand the legalities of real estate transactions.
