Bachelors in Leadership and Strategic Management

By offering coursework in leadership, organizational behavior, strategy, and human resources, the Leadership and Strategic Management major is ideal for students interested in management rotational programs, consulting, and/or human resource management. The major addresses recruiter, student, and alumni interests in case-based and practice-oriented learning in strategy, and provides a path-way for a deeper understanding in the human resources and human capital areas.
