MMathStat Honours Mathematics and Statistics

This professionally accredited four-year Mathematics and Statistics MMathStat Honours degree covers ideas and techniques of modern mathematics and statistics and includes an integrated year of Master's-level study. We focus on three core areas - pure mathematics, applied mathematics, and statistics - and you have the flexibility to tailor the combination of these to suit your interests. In Stage 4 you will explore more advanced topics in detail, drawing on the research expertise of our staff. You also complete a substantial research project on a topic that interests you.
