BSc Hons Business Management in Human Resource Management

Business organisations are reliant on people and, whichever career you choose, you will need to make sense of the behaviours of others in your workplace. In addition to the core business and management foundation provided across all our business management programmes, as a student of our Human Resource Management pathway you will study modules on topics like organisational psychology, the sociology of work and employee relations. As well as having the opportunity to take further specialist pathway modules (for example, in law, leadership, decision making or international aspects of people management), you may complement the core modules with electives from other pathways.
