BA Hons Human Resource Management

Looking to join a graduate training scheme or pursue a graduate career in human resources This four year course combines broad-based business modules with specialist studies in Human Resource Management (HRM) that run throughout the course and represent around 50% of the degree. This course is designed to prepare you for a career in HRM whilst also offering you the opportunity to apply for professional accreditation from the Chartered Institute of Professional Development (CIPD). On completion of the programme you will have achieved the equivalent of the CIPD Intermediate Certificate in HRM, which means you will be eligible to apply for Associate membership status.
