Short Course in Design Portfolio

This course will address the importance of creating a personal identity and design portfolio. We will identify elements of a portfolio and assist you to design your own, digital or physical compilation of your work. Course contents include; curating your work, creating a look and feel, creating physical and digital portfolios, business cards, letterheads and building a website to showcase your work. This course is aimed at anyone who wishes to compile their own design-based portfolio of work, this can be graduating students who are new to the job market, someone who is looking to branch out on their own or perhaps you feel like you need a new job and don't know where to start telling people about your skills and achievements. Once you have completed this course you will be able to create a portfolio to showcase your best design work. You will be able to update and manipulate your portfolio using a platform and media that is presentable. A design portfolio is a useful personal progress and marketing tool for prospective design projects.
