The University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) offers an innovative Master of Medical Nutrition degree program. This new program is a professional master s degree program, with a competency based curriculum, offered through the Medical Nutrition Education Division of the UNMC College of Allied Health Professions. The program provides a total of 50 semester credit hours of didactic and supervised experiential learning during a 1.5 year period (4 semesters: fall; spring; summer; fall). Graduates earn a Master of Medical Nutrition degree and receive Verification Statement of Completion of a Graduate Degree Program in Nutrition and Dietetics.
