BA Leadership Studies

Leadership studies is an interdisciplinary field that draws on the social sciences, the humanities, and professional areas such as management and education. It focuses on ethical issues, principles, theories, and styles of leadership; interactions between leaders and group members; how leaders affect and influence organizations and communities; and leadership skills such as goal setting, creating a vision, communicating effectively, and empowering others.
