MA Organizational Development and Inclusion

Social development demands from all of us, and especially from actors in social systems and organizations, the need to ensure opportunities for equal opportunities and fairness (inclusion).With the 5-semester study program, the degree program addresses the societal need for inclusion-trained personnel in institutions, companies and the administration of education, mentoring and support, and conveys the necessary inclusion-oriented competencies in organizational development.
